We are seeking Community Leaders interested in furthering the work of the Humane Society of Carroll County. We are gathering a select group of supporters and enthusiastic advocates to help amplify our mission and inspire others to get involved in our major fundraising initiatives for 2026–2027 through the founding of a development committee.
