5K Fun Run/Walk + 1 Mile Leash-urely Walk

Join us for Woofstock and make every step count for the animals at the Humane Society of Carroll County. Choose the Woofstock 5K, beginning at 9:00 a.m., or the 1-Mile Leash-urely Walk, beginning at 10:30 a.m. Registration for the 5K is $55 and includes a commemorative finisher medal and event t-shirt. The first 100 participants can register for just $45, and the registration fee increases to $65 on September 1. Registration for the 1-Mile Leash-urely Walk is $35 per person and includes a commemorative finisher medal. Participants of all ages are welcome, and children are encouraged to join the fun with their families. While children are welcome to participate alongside a registered adult without creating their own fundraising page, registering them gives them the opportunity to be recognized as participants, personalize their own fundraising page, and help raise even more lifesaving funds for the homeless animals who depend on HSCC. Every registration and every dollar raised helps provide medical care, shelter, enrichment, behavior support, and second chances for the thousands of animals who come through our doors each year.

Vendor Registration Now Open

Vendor booth options are designed to remain affordable while supporting the Humane Society of Carroll County’s lifesaving mission. Outdoor booth spaces (10×10 for $35 or 10×20 for $50) allow both vendors and attendees to bring pets but do not include electricity. Indoor booths, also priced at $35 for 10×10 or $50 for 10×20, are air-conditioned but do not permit pets, which may affect foot traffic. Vendors can also choose indoor tabletop options, including one 8-foot table with two chairs for $25 or two tables with two chairs for $40, though free-standing displays are not allowed. All vendors must provide a raffle item valued at $25 or more. In return, participants gain exposure to a large, pet-loving audience through extensive marketing across print, social media, radio, and digital channels. If the event is canceled, vendor fees will be treated as a donation to the organization. Food Vendors please see next section.

Food Vendor Applications Now Available

We welcome food vendors to be part of this exciting event and are especially enthusiastic about the expanded audience we expect to draw this year. To ensure a diverse and successful experience for attendees, food vendors are selected based on the type of cuisine offered to minimize overlap, as well as their commitment to supporting our lifesaving mission. This thoughtful approach helps create a well-rounded, high-quality food lineup while maximizing opportunities for each vendor. To apply, please use the event application link, and for any questions, contact atyler@carrollcountymd.gov.

Animal Rescue / Non-Profit Vendor / Community Groups

Animal rescues and community nonprofits are invited to be part of this meaningful, high-visibility event and connect with a large, compassionate audience of animal lovers and local supporters. This is a valuable opportunity to share your mission, recruit volunteers and fosters, educate the public, and build lasting community relationships. Vendor fees are waived for approved rescues and nonprofits, and while not required, a raffle item donation is always appreciated to help support our lifesaving efforts. By participating, your organization will gain exposure through our extensive event marketing and join a collective effort dedicated to improving the lives of animals in our community. Secure your space today and be part of the impact.
