Woofstock Food/Drink Vendor Registration

Please complete this form to be considered as a food vendor for Woofstock on September 19th at Wakefield Valley Park. There is no fee to participate as a food vendor. However, we kindly ask that you consider making a donation after the event to help support the animals in our care. Please note that we are doing our best to avoid overlapping food types.
