Vendors may continue booth preparation between 8:00–9:00 a.m., but vehicles must be moved out of pedestrian areas. Vendors must remain set up for the duration of the event (9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.). The event is rain or shine. In the event of cancellation, vendor fees will be considered a donation to the Humane Society of Carroll County. A raffle prize donation valued at $25 or more is required and must be provided on the day of the event. Direct sales vendors are limited to one vendor per product line/company.
