Humane Society of Carroll County –
Spay/Neuter Services
The Humane Society of Carroll County Board of Directors is pleased to provide affordable spay and neuter services. We believe that spaying and neutering is one of the most important steps we can take together to reduce pet overpopulation, improve the health of our animals, and strengthen the human–animal bond. Our Board has made a substantial investment to make these services accessible, and we are proud to offer them to local pet owners. To schedule, please read through the valuable information below before completing the appointment request below.
Services Provided
We offer cat and dog spay/neuter services only.
-
We do not provide wellness services or treatment for sick animals.
-
We do not offer pre-anesthetic bloodwork. If you would like this screening performed before surgery, please complete this with your primary veterinarian prior to your appointment and bring the results with you or email them to us ahead of time. Pre-anesthetic bloodwork helps evaluate organ function and overall health before surgery to ensure it is safe to proceed with anesthesia. It allows the veterinary team to identify potential risks and tailor anesthesia and monitoring to keep your dog or cat as safe as possible during their spay or neuter.
